? Strength part – 5′ leg day
* 30″ split squat left
* 30″ split squat right
* 1′ squat pulses
* 1′ jumping lunges
* 1′ straight legged hip raises
* 1′ stiff calf jumps

? WOD

* 0 -> 30 burpees
* 1 -> 60 sit ups
* 2 -> 30 squat jumps
* 3 -> 60″ jumping jacks
* 4 -> 30 push ups HR
* 5 -> 60″ hollow hold
* 6 -> 30 sit ups
* 7 -> 60″ wall sit
* 8 -> 30 burpees to target
* 9 -> 60 air squats
