10 x Squats

30 x Jumping Jacks

? Special Warm up: 4 Rounds

3 Single Leg Deadlift (each Side)

?Strength: 3 Rounds

8 x Single Leg Deadlift (each Side)

? WOD: EMOM (for as long as possible)

Odd: 10 Push ups

Even : 30 Single Under (every Round + 10 SU)
